MI & Insight Senior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled MI & Insight Senior Analyst to join our team at Royal London. As a key member of our Distribution Performance team, you will be responsible for enhancing our analysis and reporting capabilities, creating actionable insights that inform our strategy and drive business growth.

About the Role

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our data sources and how to effectively utilize them to drive business decisions.
  • Support the development and delivery of reports and dashboards that provide timely and accurate insights into our performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive business growth.

About You

  • Proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence, with a strong track record of delivering actionable insights.
  • Excellent Excel skills, with experience in Power BI and other data visualization tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
