Secureworks Threat Intelligence Support Analyst

Secureworks is a global cybersecurity leader that secures human progress with its SaaS-based, open XDR platform, Taegis. We're seeking a skilled Threat Intelligence Support Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and synthesize indicators of compromise and intelligence artifacts to provide actionable insights.
  • Extract relevant information from raw data sets to form high-quality threat intelligence responses.
  • Perform proactive research to identify and characterize new threats to our customer base.
  • Maintain a broad understanding of the latest threat landscape trends and tactics, techniques, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and enhance threat intelligence products.
  • Own and execute ongoing projects, such as customer threat landscape presentations.
  • Identify intelligence collection gaps and communicate findings and requirements.
  • Initiate and propose processes and standard operating procedures for efficient and effective response to threat intelligence and incident response requests.
  • Take ownership of, triage, and update tracking systems for threat intelligence requests.
  • Gather contextual information to establish a threat intelligence request course of action or respond to standard requests for information.
  • Meet service level agreements regarding initial response time and customer notification.
  • Provide internal stakeholders with necessary information for decision support and situational awareness.
Requirements
  • Professional degree relevant to cybersecurity or intelligence analysis, or equivalent work experience in a technical information security-related role.
  • Relevant governmental, military, commercial training, and experience in cybersecurity and industry-standard certifications are a plus.
  • Professional certifications such as GCTI, GCIA, GCIH, GREM, CISSP, CISM, or similar cybersecurity technical certifications are a plus.
