About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Royal London Group. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering business insights reports that inform our Distribution strategy and help increase the number of productive, sustainable relationships with advice firms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop business insights reports to inform our Distribution strategy
  • Ensure a detailed knowledge of data sources available to the Distribution Performance team and how to use them effectively
  • Own the delivery of the business insights suite and drive continuous improvement to ensure it adds value and remains relevant to our Distribution strategy
  • Support with reporting and tracking of performance to budgets and support delivery of Distribution targets
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst who has a proven track record of using data to produce insights. You will have a high level of expertise in data analysis and excellent understanding of how to present information for maximum understanding and impact. You will also have excellent Excel skills and experience with Power BI is preferable.
