We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team at Driver Hire Dundee. As an Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our customer service team and ensuring the smooth operation of our depot.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the customer service team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling customer inquiries.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including customer information, sales data, and other relevant documents.
- Assist with data entry, including updating customer records and processing sales transactions.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.50.
- Weekly pay and holiday pay.
- A Monday to Friday shift pattern, with a 39-hour working week.
