Key Responsibilities:
In this rewarding role as a Teaching Assistant at our SEN school in L36, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our students. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Promoting inclusion and acceptance among all students
  • Providing 1:1 support to pupils while adapting to their individual needs
  • Working closely with teachers on lesson planning and evaluation
  • Delivering catch-up sessions to address any gaps in learning

Essential Qualifications:
  • Team Teach Trained certificate dated within the past two years
  • Understanding of Social, Emotional and Mental Health Issues
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and passion for changing young people's lives

Estimated Salary: £18-22 per hour, depending on experience. This competitive rate reflects the value we place on our educators' skills and dedication.
