Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Support Assistant to work in a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Redditch. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized assistance to students with complex needs.

About the Position:
  • This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for someone who can make a real difference in the lives of our students.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with behavioral problems, mental health challenges, and special education needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with children and young people with special educational needs.
  • Suitable qualifications such as Youth Work, Health and Social Care, or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools are desired but not essential.
