About the Role

We are recruiting for a dedicated Educational Assistant to work in a SEN school in Bramley on a full-time permanent contract. The role involves supporting KS3 and KS4 pupils with social and emotional difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one support or group assistance to pupils with special educational needs
  • Support class teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
  • Motivate pupils with SEN to participate in learning activities
  • Assist with behaviour management and contribute to a positive learning environment
  • Work effectively in a team to achieve shared goals
What We Offer
