Education Support Specialist

About the Role:
The school in Lambeth is looking for a dedicated Education Support Specialist to join their team. As an Education Support Specialist, you will provide tailored support to students with additional learning needs, both one-to-one and in groups.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide academic support to students with varying abilities
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback to staff and parents
Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A patient, supportive, and proactive approach
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
