About the Role

Reeson Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work in an ARP unit within a mainstream primary school in the London Borough of Lambeth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and providing additional support to students with special educational needs.
  • Work effectively with small groups, supporting the class teacher in coordinating educational activities.
  • Perform safeguarding duties, ensuring the well-being and safety of students at all times.
Main Requirements:
  • Able to work effectively with students who have special educational needs.
  • Experience working with children with SEN (desirable).
  • A willingness to participate in extra-curricular activities and contribute to the development of students outside of regular lesson time.
Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive daily rate of £85-100, inclusive of holiday pay. In addition, Reeson Education offers:
