Special Needs Education Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Lambeth. As a key member of the education support team, you will provide individualized support to children with special educational needs across the primary age range.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with special educational needs, helping them access the curriculum and develop socially, emotionally, and academically.
- Work closely with teachers to identify and implement effective strategies to support students with additional needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents and caregivers.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs in a school setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and maintain confidentiality.
- Competitive salary: £85-£100 per day.
