The successful candidate will have experience working with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), particularly those with PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties) or SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Needs).

  • This role involves providing tailored support to students with SEND, including PMLD and SEMH, to help them achieve their full potential.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalised education plans.
  • Additionally, the role requires fostering a positive and inclusive environment that promotes social interaction and emotional well-being among students.
Responsibilities
  • Develop Personalised Education Plans: Assist teachers in creating tailored education plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide Individualised Support: Offer one-on-one or group support to students with SEND, promoting their academic and personal development.
  • Maintain a Positive Environment: Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a safe and welcoming environment that encourages social interaction and emotional well-being.
