Key Objectives:
  • Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities to drive growth and expansion within our customer base.
  • Develop and implement tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with our product and tech teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of new features.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Customer Success role within a B2B SaaS business.
  • Strong technical and digital skills, able to automate tasks using online tools.
  • Competitive salary – £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, equity in the company, 25 days off (plus public holidays), private healthcare, Ride2Work, pension scheme.
