About the Team:
The Students' Unions Partners Team at native occupies a unique place. We manage relationships with Students' Unions, which underpin our exclusive contracts for campus media inventory across the UK, addressing the 2.86m students in the market.
The team is dedicated to building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with valued partners. We manage every aspect of the partnership journey, from relationship building to ongoing collaboration throughout the lifecycle. At the core of what we do is a commitment to fostering trust, delivering exceptional value, and ensuring mutual success.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with high-level stakeholders. Proven track records of developing and maintaining long-term, strategic relationships are essential. Demonstrable negotiation and conflict resolution skills are also required. An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions is necessary.
A salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum is offered, reflecting the company's growth and competitive position in the industry. Additional benefits include pension contributions of 5%, 25 days holiday, bank holidays, birthday, Christmas shutdown, share options for all, and other perks like a dog-friendly office, health and wellbeing budget, Wednesday free office lunches, season ticket loan scheme, and paid maternity, paternity, adoption or shared parental leave.
