About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Relief Support Worker to join our exceptional supported living service. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in helping the individuals we support live fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with Daily Chores: Assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medication with care and precision, ensuring the health and well-being of our service users.
  • Active Support and Engagement: Provide active support and engage with individuals in meaningful activities, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Personal Care: Offer personal care with dignity and respect, ensuring the comfort and safety of our service users.
  • Community Support: Accompany individuals on leisure activities and into the community, promoting social inclusion and participation.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: While previous experience in social care is not essential, we require candidates to have a good understanding of the sector.
  • Positive Attitude: Approach your work with positivity and empathy, providing a high level of care and support to our service users.
  • Driver's License: Due to the needs of this service, the successful applicant must hold a full driver's license and have access to their own vehicle.
