">The Global Finance Division (GFD) aims to add value to the Group's development through transformation and operating mode optimization. The GFD department provides a key contribution to the Group's value creation, offering strategic advisory, steering, data production, and certification activities across all dimensions of performance evaluation.
">Salary: Estimated $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location
">Job Description:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Head of Performance Financial Steering to join our team. As a key member of the DFIN/PFS department, you will be responsible for steering the financial performance of GBIS, measuring and analyzing the profitability of the activity portfolio, and optimizing resource utilization.
">Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the necessary support and expertise for business partners and management, delivering strategic and financial performance reports, and leading transversal exercises such as annual budgeting and financial modeling.
">You will also contribute to global projects, including ESD, Business Line Transformation, and local regulatory programs like SPEAR. Additionally, you will oversee the performance steering of Market Activities, Global Banking and Advisory, Global Transaction Banking and Payment Services, and cost steering of the UK GBIS platform.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in process improvement analysis, business process reengineering, and transformation/integration projects
- Familiarity with accounting norms and standards (IFRS, local GAAP), regulatory reporting processes, liquidity and scarce resources management, product control, market risk, credit risk, and financial performance steering
- Analytical capability, results-oriented mindset, and ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to drive change, influence without authority, adaptability, autonomy, and innovative thinking
