Deputy Head of Performance Optimization

The Deputy Head of Performance Optimization role at Société Générale de Surveillance SA offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive business performance improvement and support senior management in strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, particularly in financial steering, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The Deputy Head of Performance Optimization will be responsible for delivering management information packs on a regular basis and representing the department in different projects and committees/governances.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver management information packs on a regular basis;
- Represent the department in different projects and committees/governances;
- Drive business performance improvement by preparing financial analysis;
- Proactively support and shape the decision-making process by providing senior management with an understanding of cost impacts of decisions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in financial services, particularly in financial steering;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Functional background in accounting norms and standards (IFRS, local GAAP), regulatory reporting processes, liquidity and scarce resources management, product control, market risk, credit risk, or financial performance steering.
Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year.
