We are seeking a highly skilled Garage Relationship Manager to join our team at FixMyCar, the UK's leading online marketplace linking garages to customers. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our garage network.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our garage partners, ensuring their needs are met and their business is supported.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth through proactive lead generation and relationship building.
- Client Support and Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Industry Knowledge and Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, using this knowledge to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Experience: Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably within the automotive sector.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
