Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders of our deposit taking partner banks on a daily basis.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of our banks' requirements and support our partner banks in succeeding on the Raisin platform, working closely with our marketing and distribution teams.
  • Provide regular progress updates on relationships and projects to internal stakeholders and utilize relevant tools.
  • Support the wider RM team with special projects and new product launches as needed.
  • Collaborate with the wider Raisin teams on key projects as required.
  • Ensure product information and documentation is up-to-date and maintained within our systems.

Required Profile

  • At least an undergraduate degree, preferably in finance.
  • A proven track record of 3 or more years managing relationships in financial services, banking, or high growth start-up environments.
  • A constant desire to learn, with multiple training opportunities and a training budget available.
  • Ability to be hands-on in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent English is essential, with additional language skills (especially French, Italian, German) being a plus.
