Job Description
This full-time, fixed-term role requires a talented professional to build relationships, provide proactive HR guidance, and act as a trusted advisor on HR policies and employment law. Key responsibilities include collaborating on projects, managing employee relations cases, and preparing documentation for Employment Tribunals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling HR issues, redundancy consultations, and safeguarding.

Salary
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you can expect to receive a range of benefits that make this role truly rewarding.
