Job Title: Care Worker/Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker/Teaching Assistant to join our team in Grimsby. As a Care Worker/Teaching Assistant, you will provide daily care and support to students with complex needs, working closely with school staff to ensure the well-being and development of each student.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily care and support to students with complex needs.
  • Administer medication as required (training provided).
  • Assist with moving and handling students, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Work closely with school staff to ensure the well-being and development of each student.
  • Help maintain a positive and nurturing environment within the school.
