Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our team in Grimsby, where you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.
As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in assisting with daily activities, providing emotional support, and helping individuals achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals with learning disabilities.
- Help individuals develop skills and independence through training and support.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support.

All our services are 24hr care, with rotas prepared at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure you can plan your personal and social life.
