Key Responsibilities

  • Assist midwives and other healthcare professionals in providing care and support to women and their families
  • Provide emotional and practical support to women and their families during pregnancy, childbirth, and postnatally
  • Assist with the planning, delivery, and evaluation of care programs
  • Communicate effectively with women, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Keep accurate and timely records of patient care

Requirements

  • Certificate of Higher Education in Maternity Support Work or equivalent
  • Math and English GCSE grade C/Grade 4 or functional skills level 2
  • Ability to demonstrate our organisational values and behaviours
