Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at HomeCare Direct. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support to clients with varying needs and abilities.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks, and assist with medication management.
  • Engage clients in activities that promote mental and physical well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and progress.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in care work or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
