About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced SEN teacher to join our team at a specialist school in Harrow, supporting students with SEMH needs.
School DetailsOur school provides education and support for primary and secondary aged pupils with SEMH, autism, ADHD, and medical needs.
- Small class sizes for tailored support
- Collaboration with support staff to implement interventions
- Positive behaviour support through individualised plans
- Pupil progress tracking and target setting
- Close collaboration with other professionals
- QTS or significant SEN teaching experience
- Previous experience working with SEMH students
- An Enhanced DBS Disclosure and relevant clearances
- A valid CV and proof of right to work in the UK
Compensation Package: Competitive pay (£60,000 - £80,000 per year) and additional benefits including CPD opportunities, referral bonuses, and social events.
