  • Managing and following up on insurer surveys, ensuring all deadlines and risk improvement requirements are met
  • Overseeing administrative duties, including policy documentation processing and management
  • Acting as a technical referral point and mentor for team members, providing training and support as needed
  • Contributing to achieving team and business unit targets, delivering on monthly KPIs

Requirements include:

  • Strong technical knowledge of underwriting Property/Property Owners insurance
  • Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to change, and remain flexible in approach
  • Minimum of 5+ years of Real Estate underwriting experience
