We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Future Education. As a SEMH Teaching and Learning Assistant, you will work closely with primary-aged pupils who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support primary-aged pupils with SEMH needs and associated challenging behaviour.
- Work within a nurture model, ensuring high staff-to-pupil ratios for individualised learning.
- Assist in delivering a broad and balanced curriculum tailored to each pupil's interests and aptitudes.
