In this role, you will be responsible for providing daily care and support to our residents, including assisting with personal care, medication management, and promoting independence.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of physical fitness and mobility. You will work as part of a close-knit team to provide comprehensive care and support to our residents.

Requirements
  • A Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Experience of working in a care setting (preferably in a residential or domiciliary care environment)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately £22,000 per annum, which is negotiable based on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:

Working Hours

You will be required to work a standard 37.5-hour week, Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends. The exact hours will be discussed during the interview process.
