Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Communications Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our internal communications efforts, creating engaging content, and fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy to engage employees and promote company initiatives
  • Create and curate relevant and compelling content for our internal communications channels, including newsletters, digital screens, and the intranet
  • Build and maintain a network of communications and engagement champions to promote ongoing activities and generate ideas
  • Design and manage the site Information Hub to provide up-to-date, relevant, and interesting information to colleagues in an appealing format
  • Ensure that all teams, particularly front-line colleagues, are provided with feedback from Be Herd initiatives
  • Support the creation and management of a calendar of engagement initiatives, including wellbeing programs, world culture days, and other ad-hoc initiatives
  • Organize, communicate, and facilitate key engagement events, working with our team and external service providers
  • Conduct surveys to measure reach and understanding of communications messaging
  • Provide support to colleagues and managers with team communications and access to digital channels
Requirements
  • Experience in a communications role, preferably in a corporate or internal communications setting
  • Experience with Microsoft platforms, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Content creation and proofreading skills across different channels
  • Experience working with an intranet system or content management system
  • Relationship building and communication skills at all levels
