About the Role

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position as an Administrative Assistant - Employee Engagement. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating engagement and charity activities across the site and internal communications with colleagues.
  • Organizing company events such as Long Service Awards, Family Fun Day, and internal competitions and celebration days.
  • Delivering high-quality communications to colleagues using various channels that represent their demographic backgrounds.
  • Performing general administrative tasks, including gathering information, note-taking, booking meetings and rooms, and updating records.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for colleague inquiries or directing them to the right team member.

Your work as an Administrative Assistant - Employee Engagement will contribute to bringing joy to our customers through exceptional food.
