Operations Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for our esteemed client in a dynamic role as an Operations Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our business, working closely with the team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate labour requirements and negotiate pricing for work
  • Review site minutes for dates and changes to work required
  • Arrange access times, equipment, and permits as needed
  • Purchase equipment and arrange delivery with the warehouse
  • Issue Health & Safety documentation to contractors and customers
  • Keep customers and stakeholders informed of progress and troubleshoot problems
  • Raise purchase orders for sub-contract labour and facilitate work sheets and job completion
  • Update the call history using the in-house Optim/IR system and Verisae
  • Provide technical support and maintain records of customer systems
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of A/V installations and technical skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in computer systems and software
