Job Purpose

This role is a key part of our Sales Operations team, providing high-level administrative support, business data management, and project coordination to our Sales Director and Department Managers. The successful candidate will ensure that all processes and procedures within the Sales Team are followed and regularly reviewed to ensure alignment with Company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and present key performance data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Manage Sales Team projects, providing project management support and coordination, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Communicate key messages within the Department, including summary presentations on relevant topics.
  • Develop and maintain a PowerPoint library of Sales Team Meeting materials for use by all team members.
  • Ensure the Sales pages of our Intranet are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Arrange monthly Sales meetings, including agenda preparation, material gathering, and minute-taking.
  • Manage and control the Sales Team Budget, identifying and addressing any issues.
  • Act as the key internal point of contact for the Sales team with other operational and support functions.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Management Team as required.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with exceptional project management skills and experience. The ideal candidate will have advanced PC skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel, and a proven track record of contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.
