SEND Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to support young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in our Mitcham-based school.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with students aged 14-16 as their Key Worker, providing individualized support and guidance.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement tailored strategies to meet the complex mental health needs of students.

What We Offer- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
