As a key member of the team, you will provide personalized support to 5 adults with Learning Disabilities, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

About the Role:

• Provide day-to-day assistance with personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping.

• Engage service users in a variety of activities, such as bowling, swimming, walking, and lunch outings.

• Foster genuine relationships and deliver high-quality, tailored care that meets individual needs.
