Service Advisor

We are working with a reputable car dealership to find an experienced Service Advisor to join their team. Our client prides itself on delivering exceptional customer care and is committed to providing a positive experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide professional and courteous service to customers, ensuring they are aware of necessary service and repair work for their vehicles.
- Advise customers on estimated costs and timescales for repairs and work to be undertaken.
- Sell additional products to customers as appropriate to their needs.
- Coordinate collection arrangements and ensure customers are informed of all necessary details.
- Update customer and vehicle records accurately and efficiently.
- Document warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy.
- Prepare and complete invoices for all work undertaken.
- At least 2 years' experience working as a Service Advisor.
- Full driving license.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, with alternative Saturdays on a rota basis.
