Service Advisor Role in Ruislip

As a Service Advisor at Platinum Recruitment Consultancy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for managing the entire service process, from scheduling appointments to handling customer inquiries and ensuring timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and professionally upon arrival.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Schedule service appointments based on customer availability and technician workload.
  • Manage appointment changes and cancellations effectively.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of service orders and paperwork.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Promote additional services and products to enhance customer value.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry, preferably as a Service Advisor.
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using dealership management systems.
  • Valid full UK driving licence.
