Service Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team in Ruislip. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the entire service process, from scheduling appointments to handling customer inquiries and ensuring timely service delivery.
- Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival, actively listening to their concerns and needs.
- Manage customer expectations and keep them updated on service progress, resolving any complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Efficiently schedule service appointments based on customer availability and technician workload, managing appointment changes and cancellations effectively.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of service orders and paperwork, coordinating with technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns, promoting additional services and products to enhance customer value.
- Cross-sell products and services to increase revenue, collaborating effectively with other team members to provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in training and mentoring new Service Advisors.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry, preferably as a Service Advisor.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using dealership management systems - Kerridge, Pinnacle, 1 link.
- Valid full UK driving licence.
