Job Description
Vitality Corporate Services Limited is looking for a Lead Actuarial Specialist to join our Life Actuarial department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing the Actuarial Control Cycle: Data Management, Modelling, Reporting to support various actuarial functions. This challenging role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing actuarial risks and ensuring the accuracy of data management and reporting.
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Mentoring and training junior staff members.

Requirements:
  • A postgraduate degree in actuarial science or a related field.
  • Possessing or working towards a Fellowship of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (FIA) designation.
  • Proven experience in using FIS Prophet software.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
