Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Actuarial Lead Analyst to join our team at Ki Insurance. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge pricing tools and collaborate with underwriting and actuarial SMEs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. You will work closely with the Head of Actuarial Analytics - Risk to develop, enhance, and recalibrate our pricing models.
  2. You will support the development and fine-tuning of pricing algorithms across all classes.
  3. You will conduct thorough reviews, challenges, and documentation of analytical work within the rating model hub.
  4. You will ensure that models are effective and add value to the risk selection process.
  5. You will deploy models into various pricing software platforms.
  6. You will explore ways to enhance pricing analyses and support implementation.
  7. You will assist the Actuarial analytical engineering team in creating tools that boost efficiency and value.

Beyond Pricing

  1. You will represent the Actuarial team in strategic initiatives related to pricing.
  2. You will gain a detailed understanding of each line of business within relevant units.
  3. You will manage and mentor actuarial analysts.
