Senior Actuarial Trainee

We are seeking a skilled Actuarial Development Specialist to join our team at Edenbrook in Buckinghamshire. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development of departmental models and processes, aiming to improve efficiency or provide additional insight into the financial management of the company.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Solvency II Valuation: Pillar I, II, and III, UK GAAP, and IFRS reporting
  • Financial Planning Support: Assist in creating financial projections and planning work
  • With-Profits Business Management: Provide recommendations on investment strategy and bonus rates
  • Asset Liability Management:
Requirements:
  • Actuarial Knowledge: Solvency II, Pillars I, II, and III
  • Modelling Systems Expertise: Detailed knowledge of actuarial modelling systems and/or financial projections
Compensation:

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
