Marketing and Sales Manager

Cpl Recruitment is working with a Solar Energy company to find a talented Marketing and Sales Manager to join their team on a permanent contract in the Kerry area.

This is a brand new role for a passionate, commercially-minded individual to create and develop the marketing function. The company is also in the process of developing a new SAAS product, and the successful candidate will play a key role in developing the brand and product launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Strategically lead and support the sales teams in line with company targets and KPIs.
  • Grow the cross-functional sales & marketing division in line with company strategic growth targets.
  • Naturally organised with the ability to plan, manage and action multiple projects and be deadline-driven and confident with making quick and clear decisions.
  • Ability to meet targets and take responsibility for their own performance.
  • Experienced in measuring the delivery of marketing plans against personal, business and customer KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience creating sales strategy, marketing campaign management, and customer relationship management within a B2B industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
