Job Description

As a Senior Care Delivery Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care services. This will involve supporting the daily living needs of our residents, including personal care, training junior staff, and delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily living needs of residents, including personal care and hygiene
  • Train and supervise junior staff members
  • Deliver high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met
  • Answer nurse call systems and report on resident well-being
