Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Administering medication and managing medical equipment
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to the team
  • Working collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participating in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in care or a related field
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • DBS/PVG clearance and the right to work in the UK
