Job Description:

As a Housing Asset Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team that ensures properties meet decent homes and energy performance standards. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver value for money and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and validate property data to inform asset management decisions.
  • Develop survey programs to ensure compliance with housing standards.
  • Oversee property condition data collection and validation to enhance asset management.

Requirements:

  • A professional qualification in construction or a related field (Level 4 or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of construction legislation and health & safety standards.
  • A proactive approach to value for money and risk management.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
