Job Summary:

This role is ideal for an experienced financial professional looking to make a meaningful impact in our finance team. As an Assistant Finance Business Partner (Asset), you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial support to our property and customers teams, including asset management, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Finance Business Partner in delivering accurate and timely financial information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with cost centre managers to ensure effective budgeting and forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to facilitate decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Accounting degree or AAT qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in social housing.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of financial systems and software.
