Housing Asset Coordinator Job Opportunity

Vox Network Consultants is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housing Asset Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking part in emergency planning and standby rota, as well as managing, administering, procuring and supervising contractors delivering inspection, risk assessment, renovation, servicing and maintenance to council owned property.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, plus benefits, for this challenging role which involves working with our team to deliver core business functions to a multi-million pound Housing Service.

About the Role:

  • Work collaboratively with the Housing Property Team to deliver core business functions.
  • Manage, administer, procure and supervise contractors delivering inspection, risk assessment, renovation, servicing and maintenance.
  • Take part in emergency planning and standby rota.
