We are seeking a compassionate Adult Care Assistant to join our team at Proud to Care Devon. As an Adult Care Assistant, you will provide personal care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have a caring nature and be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of our customers. No previous care experience is required, as we provide specialist training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.

In this position, you will assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, showering, and toileting, as well as light domestic duties. You may also be required to use specialized techniques, which we will provide training for.

We offer a competitive salary of £11.54 per hour (weekdays) and £12.00 per hour (weekends), as well as excellent benefits including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, pension scheme, career progression, and more.
