Artemis Human Capital is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our team and drive strategic HR management for our 1200-strong workforce.

As a Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, partnering with site managers to address recruitment and retention challenges, and advising senior management on all HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and implement the HR strategy, focusing on recruitment, retention, and staff motivation.
  • Partner with Site Managers to address recruitment and retention challenges.
  • Advise and support senior management on all HR-related matters.
  • Oversee training, development, and HR team leadership.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of HR management experience, ideally within manufacturing.
  • Proven leadership in a unionised environment with complex employee relations.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to lead value-added initiatives.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
