Senior Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team at Artemis Human Capital. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading a team of HR professionals and providing strategic guidance on HR-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
- Lead a team of HR professionals to provide support and guidance on HR-related matters.
- Partner with senior management to address recruitment and retention challenges.
- Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
- 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to lead a team of HR professionals.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
