Senior HR Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of 10-12 and deliver operational and strategic HR management for a 1200-strong workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and implement the HR strategy, focusing on recruitment, retention, and staff motivation.
  • Partner with Site Managers to address recruitment and retention challenges.
  • Advise and support senior management on all HR-related matters.
  • Oversee training, development, and HR team leadership.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • 5+ years of HR management experience, ideally within manufacturing.
  • Proven leadership in a unionized environment with complex employee relations.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to lead value-added initiatives.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
