Senior HR Manager Opportunity

Artemis Human Capital is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our HR team and drive strategic initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Lead a team of 10-12 HR professionals in delivering operational and strategic HR services
  • Collaborate with senior management and site operations to address recruitment and retention challenges
  • Advise and support senior management on HR-related matters
  • Oversee training, development, and HR team leadership
  • Manage employee relations issues, including grievances and performance management
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of HR management experience, ideally in manufacturing
  • Proven leadership in a unionized environment with complex employee relations
